一、项目介绍
教育部中外语言交流合作中心于2022年设立 “外国翻译硕士培养”项目，专注于培养德才兼备、具有良好品学修养和扎实专业技能，能够发挥多语种优势，助力中外政治、经济、文化等各领域交往的国际化人才。
西安外国语大学坐落在古城西安，是新中国最早建立的4所外语院校之一，国际大学翻译学院联合会（CIUTI）成员单位，陕西省“国内一流学科建设高校”，拥有外国语言文学博士一级学科学位授权点（包含16个博士二级学科）和翻译博士专业学位授权点，外语学科实力雄厚。

I. Program Introduction
The "Master Program in Translation for International Students" is dedicated to cultivating international talents who possess moral integrity and professional competence, exhibit excellent character and academic cultivation, and have solid professional skills. They leverage their multilingual abilities and contribute to exchanges in politics, economics, culture, and other fields between China and foreign countries.
Located in the ancient city of Xi'an, Xi'an International Studies University (XISU) is one of the four earliest foreign language universities established in China. It is a member of the International Consortium of Universities for Translation and Interpreting Studies (CIUTI) and a "Domestically Leading Discipline Construction University" in Shaanxi Province. XISU holds Ph.D. degree authorization in Foreign Language and Literature (including 16 second-tier Ph.D. disciplines) and a professional degree authorization in Translation Studies, boasting robust foreign language discipline strength.
As one of China's foremost bases for cultivating foreign language talents, XISU has over 40 years of experience in educating international students and has successfully nurtured tens of thousands of international graduates. The university adheres to the educational philosophy of cultivating composite talents with a global perspective, innovative thinking, and professional competence. With a strong international campus atmosphere, XISU is dedicated to providing students with extensive international exchange platforms and opportunities.
二、申请资格
1.非中国籍人士，遵守中华人民共和国法律，无违法犯罪记录，品行端正。
2.年龄不超过40周岁，身体健康状况符合中国教育部规定的体检要求。
3.中文、翻译等相关专业本科及以上毕业，录取当年入学前须取得中国教育部承认的本科毕业证、学位证或教育部留学服务中心出具的《国（境）外学历学位认证书》。
4.汉语水平最低须相当于HSK六级180分以上。
5.具有翻译工作经历者优先。
II. Application Qualifications
1．Non-Chinese nationals who abide by the laws of the People's Republic of China, have no criminal record, and exhibit good moral character.
2．Applicants must be under 40 years old and meet the health requirements stipulated by the Chinese Ministry of Education for physical examinations.
3．Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree or higher in Chinese language, translation, or related fields. Prior to enrollment in the year of admission, they must obtain a graduation certificate and degree certificate recognized by the Chinese Ministry of Education or an "Overseas Education Credential Evaluation Report" issued by the China Services Center for Scholarly Exchange.
4．Applicants' Chinese language proficiency must be equivalent to a minimum HSK Level 6 score of 180 or above.
5．Preference will be given to applicants with translation work experience.

招生专业：日语笔译、日语口译、俄语笔译、俄语口译、英语笔译、英语口译、法语笔译、法语口译、德语笔译

四、资助年限
3年。
注：我校将根据有关规定进行评审，符合条件的方可继续享受下一学年的奖学金。
IV. Scholarship Duration
3 years.
Note: The eligibility of the recipients will be assessed annually according to the regulations. Only those who meet the criteria will continue to receive the scholarship for the next academic year.
五、奖学金内容
1.免交学费、校内住宿费、注册费、保险费等相关费用。
2.每月定期发放生活费（如因特殊原因导致学习通过线上开展，学生不在中国境内者，则学习期间不再发放生活费）。
V. Scholarship Benefits
Exemption from tuition fees, on-campus accommodation fees, registration fees, insurance fees, and related expenses.
Regular monthly living allowances (if, due to special circumstances, learning is conducted online and the student is not in China, no living allowance will be provided during the study period).

七、申请程序
1. 符合条件的申请者需登录“西安外国语大学国际学生在线申请系统”（http://xisu.chiwest.cn/en/student）完成网上报名（2月16日-3月31日）。
2. 申请人需同时在语合中心报名网站(http://www.chinese.cn/page/#/pcpage/project_detail)在线提交相关资料，以便申请奖学金（3月31日之前）。
注：申请者需对所提交材料的真实性和完整性负责，对申请资料不实或缺漏的，我校不予受理。
VII. Application Procedure
Eligible applicants must log in to the "Xi'an International Studies University International Student Online Application System" (http://xisu.chiwest.cn/en/student ) to complete the online application by March 31. Applicants must simultaneously submit relevant materials online at http://www.chinese.cn/page/#/pcpage/project_detail by March 31.
Note: Applicants are responsible for the authenticity and completeness of the materials submitted. Applications with false or incomplete information will not be processed.
八、遴选程序
我校将组织专家综合考虑申请者的专业背景、学业成绩、语言能力、学术能力、科研成果和导师意见，从符合条件的申请者中择优选拔奖学金候选人上报教育部中外语言交流合作中心审核。奖学金结果预计将于5-6月确定。
VIII. Selection Process
XISU will organize experts to comprehensively consider applicants' professional backgrounds, academic performance, language abilities, academic capabilities, research achievements, and supervisor's opinions. From among eligible applicants, outstanding candidates will be selected for the scholarship and reported to the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) for review. Scholarship results are expected to be determined during May or June.
九、其他
1.如无特殊原因，不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留；
2.奖学金获得者来华后不得变更《录取通知书》上的录取院校、学习专业及学习期限。
IX. Others matters
Scholarship eligibility will not be retained for applicants who fail to arrive in China to commence studies within the specified admission deadline without special reasons.
Scholarship recipients may not change the admitted institution, major, or study duration stated in the "Letter of Admission" after arriving in China.
